Processing Time: As each piece is hand-personalised to order, please allow up to 2-5 days before your item is dispatched.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy
As all of our pieces are handmade and custom-personalised, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect personalisation details once your order has been confirmed.
However, we take great care to ensure every item meets our quality standards. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ask you to return the faulty item, and once received, we’ll create and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that minor variations are part of the handmade process and add to the unique character of each piece.
